AWARE is an EU funded project that will go beyond smartphone-based public warning alerting capabilities by developing a solution that enables the reception and processing of Galileo Emergency Warning Satellite Service (Galileo EWSS) messages on fixed devices.

Following two successful demonstrations, our project consortium is currently planning the third and final demonstration of the AWARE project!
Join the AWARE consortium at the EENA Conference 2026 taking place on 15-17 April in Riga, Latvia!
This demonstration will highlight the capacity of the AWARE module, equipped on indoor warning systems, to alert people quickly and reliably when danger strikes. Before concern turns into chaos, the AWARE module brings Galileo EWSS alerts to multiple channels, extending public warning beyond smartphone-based messages.
The AWARE demonstrations
To ensure the operational capacity and effectiveness of the AWARE module, the AWARE project organised live demonstrations to put the solution into action.
Our two live demonstrations in Slovenia and France showcased the effectiveness and operational capacity of the AWARE module to warn people when every second counts!
