EENA is a Brussels-based NGO established in 1999 dedicated to promoting high-quality emergency services throughout Europe. EENA serves as a discussion platform for emergency services, public authorities, decision makers, associations and solution providers. Their vision is to ensure that every citizen can access emergency services and receive the appropriate information and care during an emergency or disaster.

EENA’s activities, including reports and publications, annual events, standardisation work, and participation in EU-funded projects enables the collaboration of all stakeholders in order to improve emergency response in agreement with citizens’ requirements.
